FNB Learnership Program
FNB welcomes interested applicants to apply for their Learnership programs. To apply, you must be diligent, talented, driven by a challenge, like a dynamic workplace, curious, courageous, innovative, creative, a team player, and a problem solver.
The goal of the internship is to develop a pipeline of workers with limited IT skills and international accreditation.
- Training procedure
The initiative is based on a one-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of full-time employment upon completion of the program. You will complete three months of classroom training and an international exam as part of your internship. You will then work at FNB for 9 months in an IT role to get on-the-job experience. If you complete the program successfully, the company will have the option of hiring you.

- Preference will be given to ACI candidates.

- Click on Student.
- Click on “Internship.”
- Apply.
FNB Learnership Application Procedure
- All applications must be submitted online through the website.
- Shortlisted candidates will take two exams in August and September.
- If you pass the evaluations, you will participate in a business interview.
- Final assessments and offers will be given in October, with the program beginning the following January.

You spend three weeks in the “Welcome” section to ensure you’re up to speed. Here you will learn about FNB and its operations, such as the FNB Intranet, dress code, payslips, and medical aid. FNB International Graduate Program
The FNB International Graduate Programme is identical to the South African program, and all international graduates participate in the same training, team building, and projects as South African graduates.
The International Program is open to students from the following countries:
