Boeing – TMCF Scholars Program

The Boeing Company and TMCF have joined forces to launch the 2023 Boeing-TMCF Scholar Program. This program gives the best students at Boeing’s HBCU partner schools unbeatable opportunities for scholarships and jobs. Applications are welcomed from top undergraduate students who will graduate in the academic year 2024–2025 and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (3.3 is preferable). It opens the door to a full-time job with the largest aerospace firm in the world and the leading producer of commercial jetliners as well as military, space, and security technologies. This exceptional opportunity offers students comprehensive college and career support.

How Much is the Boeing Company Scholarship?

Qualified students will receive need-based funding of up to $30,000 total over the term of the Boeing | TMCF HBCU Scholars Program.

Who is Eligible?

  • The applicant must be a US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • To qualify for the scholarship the applicant must enroll full-time in one of the following Boeing HBCU priority schools:
    • Alabama A&M University
    • Clark Atlanta University
    • Florida A&M University
    • Howard University
    • Morehouse College
    • Morgan State University
    • North Carolina A&T State University
    • Prairie View A&M University
    • South Carolina State University
    • Southern University and A&M College
    • Spelman College
    • Tennessee State University
    • Tuskegee University
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (3.3, preferred)
  • Possess strong leadership skills and communication skills
  • Must not have any disciplinary infractions on academic record
  • While a Boeing | TMCF Scholar, the applicant must serve as an ambassador for the organization.
  • Students chosen to take part in the program must give TMCF the supporting paperwork required during the process of determining their financial needs.

Boeing HBCU Immersion Program

The top freshmen and sophomores from Boeing’s partner historically black colleges and universities will come together for The Boeing HBCU Immersion, a highly selective program offered as part of the Boeing | TMCF HBCU Investment, for a three-day, inclusive, assimilation-focused introduction to The Boeing Company. The Boeing HBCU Immersion, conducted by Boeing Leaders and the HBCU Strategy Team, will boost students’ understanding and awareness of Boeing goods and services. The vast array of opportunities that a future career in business, information technology, or engineering in the aerospace industry provides will also be made clear to students.

Students selected for the Boeing HBCU Immersion will have the chance to virtually experience Boeing corporate culture, as well as give Boeing leaders the exceptional opportunity to engage highly-desirable freshmen and sophomores from its partner HBCUs.

  • Go to the TMCF Scholarship application portal.
  • Go to Students & Alumni.
  • Select Scholarships.
  • Choose the program for which you want to apply.
  • Go to How to Apply.
  • Click on the application link.
  • Create a TMCF account profile
  • Complete the Boeing | TMCF Corporate Scholar Program – Cohort V Application, which includes: HireVue Video Interview and TMCF Talent Assessment
