The MOE ASEAN Scholarships Application Process

Brunei

These ASEAN scholarships are available to Bruneian students enrolling in secondary one, secondary three, or pre-university one at particular secondary schools or junior colleges in Singapore.

What Does it Cover?

1. Tuition fees 
2. Combined annual allowance and dorm accommodations.
3. Settling-in allowance.
4. A roundtrip economy flight.
5. GCE O-Level and A-Level examination fees (once only, as applicable).
6. Subsidized health benefits and accident insurance.

Eligibility requirement

To qualify for the scholarship, the applicant must: 

1. Be fluent in English.
2. Have routinely performed well on school exams.
3. Have a solid track record of involvement in extracurricular activities.

Furthermore, each scholarship results in a certificate equivalent to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE A-Levels.

Based on the scholar’s academic performance, the scholarship is renewed each year.

Cambodia

Students from Cambodia enrolling in Secondary 3 at particular Singapore secondary schools are eligible for this ASEAN Scholarship.

3. Have finished at least Grade 10 of upper secondary or senior high school.

Indonesia

These ASEAN scholarships are available to Indonesian students enrolling in Secondary 1 or Secondary 3 at particular secondary institutions in Singapore.
