To enhance Singapore’s quality of life, the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) promotes the growth and transformation of the built environment industry. Safety, quality, inclusivity, sustainability, and productivity are just a few of the areas that BCA is in charge of managing. Together with their partners and stakeholders, these areas help them achieve their mission to transform the built environment industry and create a livable and intelligent built environment for Singapore.
They also offer scholarship opportunities to Singaporean scholars to help them further their education.

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is providing young people with the chance to pursue a career as a professional in creating Singapore’s liveable and intelligent built environment through their scholarship programs.
Who is Eligible for the BCA Undergraduate Scholarship?
The Building and Construction Authority scholarship is available to all Singaporean scholars with outstanding results. Also, to qualify, the applicant must possess good leadership qualities.

BCA Overseas Undergraduate Scholarship – For ‘A’ Level and Diploma Holders
Approved countries of study: Australia, Denmark, New Zealand, the Netherlands, the UK, and the US.
Scholarship value:
- tuition costs and other permitted fees
- Allowances (maintenance, book, pre-studies)
- One round-trip ticket in economy class
- Summer exchange program sponsorship

The BCA scholarship application is in four stages after the application:
- Preliminary interview for shortlisted candidates.
