The DOST foreign graduate scholarship program helps to give exceptional and worthy students the chance to study at prestigious foreign schools for their MS and Ph.D. degrees in science and engineering.

- Pass the interview
- Be in good health condition

The PhilFrance DOST Fellowship Program intends to promote the movement of Filipino professionals working in academic, research, or governmental institutions to the French Republic.
