The DOST-SEI Scholarships Program intends to encourage and persuade gifted young Filipinos to pursue long-lasting professions in science and technology and to guarantee a consistent, sufficient supply of skilled S&T human resources that can propel the nation toward national progress.

• FOREIGN GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The DOST foreign graduate scholarship program helps to give exceptional and worthy students the chance to study at prestigious foreign schools for their MS and Ph.D. degrees in science and engineering.

Requirements:

1. Filipino citizenship
2. Applicants must be below 50 years
3. Pass the interview 
4. Be in good health condition

4. Financial requirements
5. A certificate of your birth certificate

• ENGINEERING RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FOR TECHNOLOGY (ERDT)

The Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT) helps to upgrade the quality of engineering colleges and make engineering graduate education accessible.

Requirements:

1. Filipino citizenship
2. Applicants must be below 50 years
3. Pass the interview 
4. Be in good health condition

3. Recommendation Letters from 3 former supervisors
4. Certified True Copy of the Transcript of Record

• PHILFRANCE DOST FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

The PhilFrance DOST Fellowship Program intends to promote the movement of Filipino professionals working in academic, research, or governmental institutions to the French Republic.

Requirements:

1. Filipino citizenship
2. Applicants must be below 50 years
3. Pass the interview 
4. Be in good health condition
5. Demonstrate an excellent academic level
